Dr. Rui He obtained MD/PhD degree from Peking Union Medical College, and received post-doc training in Boston Children’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School. She established an independent group at Fudan University in 2010. Her lab studies immune regulation of cellular immunity and the biological function of inflammatory mediators in tissue inflammation, including: 1) How is type 2 immunity regulated in epithelial tissues (Immunity, 2012; Mucosal Immunol, 2019; Allergy, 2019/2018/2014; Cellular & Molecular Immunol, 2014; 2) The cellular and molecular mechanism for the immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment (Cancer Res, 2016; Oncogene, 2017; Immunology 2016/2019); 3) The factors that control leukocyte recruitment into inflammatory tissues (Am J Respir Crit Care Med 2012; Cytokine 2018; Kidney International 2017; Arthritis & Rheumatology 2020).
