To facilitate interactions between members of its societies and exchange of information and knowledge in basic and clinical immunology, FIMSA aims to hold a congress every 3-4 years.

 

14th International Congress of Immunology

 

The 14th ICI 2010 will be held in Kobe, Japan on August 22-27, 2010 with the main theme of "Immunology in the 21st Century: Defeating Infection, Autoimmunity, Allergy and Cancer". Online registration and hotel booking are now open on our official website http://www.ici2010.org

  • Abstract submission opens: Mid-October, 2009
  • Abstract submission deadline: February 3, 2010
  • Early registration deadline: May 31, 2010
  • Pre-Registration & hotel booking closes: July 29, 2010

 

A travel bursary of USD 1,000 will be available to 200 researchers from developing countries and 100 young researchers. Candidates must be the first and presenting author. Applicants are requested to submit their abstract, CV and a supporting letter from the applicant’s current academic institution via the ICI 2010 website. 4th FIMSA Congress, held in Taipei, Taiwan, 17-21 October, 2008

 

The 4th FIMSA Congress was held recently in Taiwan. The congress included 16 symposia and 13 special lectures. Two hundred and twenty-three papers were presented. There were 1100 participants and over 35 invited speakers who attended the congress. Leading experts, including Nobel laureate professor Peter Doherty, presented recent advances in immunology.
