I received my PhD degree from Peking University Health Science Center in 2008 and continue my research work in tumor genomics and immunity area at Peking University Cancer Hospital. In 2015, I collaborated with Professor C. Cameron Yin and worked in her lab at UT MD Anderson research center, Houston Texas for one year focusing on the characteristic and clinical significance of immunoglobulin molecules in hematopoietic system. I have a strong background in clinical and scientific research, and actively work on translational research. I have extensive experience in molecular biological experiments and excellent understanding and working knowledge on clinical research and data analysis. My previous work focus on tumor genetic susceptibility and tumor markers relying on the genomics platform. My research field involves tumor immunity, mainly focusing on the biological characteristic and functions of cancer derived immunoglobulin in tumor immunity, and finding the relationship between cancer-derived Ig and cancer development. I have more than 10 papers published in SCI journals including Cell Death and Disease, Cellular & Molecular Immunology, Molecular cancer therapy, Cancer Cell International, etc.
