The FIMSA Junior Community is the official platform representing early-career immunologists within the FIMSA region. Through strong partnerships with FIMSA, the IUIS Junior Community, national immunological societies, and other regional junior communities, the FIMSA Junior Community will contribute to strengthening immunology throughout the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

Mission
The mission of the FIMSA Junior Community is to represent, connect, and empower early-career immunologists across the FIMSA region by promoting scientific excellence, collaboration, leadership, mentorship, and professional development.
To achieve this mission, the FIMSA Junior Community shall:
• Promote the active engagement of early-career immunologists within FIMSA, national immunological societies, and international scientific initiatives.
• Foster collaboration, mentorship, and networking across the FIMSA region.
• Advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and equal opportunities within the immunology community.
• Support leadership development, education, and career advancement of young immunologists.
• Strengthen partnerships with the IUIS Junior Community, regional junior communities, and other international organizations.
